Migration from CPAL to STM32Cube

Hi,

We have some legacy code that sets up the I2C with a CPAL option of  CPAL_OPT_NO_MEM_ADDR or CPAL_OPT_16BIT_REG.  We are migrating to the Cube and there are no apparent equivalent options.  Can anyone tell me if these options are in the Cube in some other way?
