Several are available in wafer scale packaging.

For die you'd presumably be need to be buying huge quantities and you'd be talking to local sales office.

STM32Lxxx cover what are you asking for but every one from 20 pin to large BGA cover your criteria.

Seems you never used STM so search for local office first.
