I am using stm32f103zet6.

The following error message occurs:

Matching not good. First Difference at address 0x64002000:

File byte is 0x61.

Read byte is 0x41

Target 02: Verify successful, but data not matching ...

I would appreciate any guidance on how to solve it.

FYI, I already checked Dfuse Demo v3.0.6 then it is same result.

Address suggests your design is using external memory, going to need to make sure the external loader and board level functionality are fully tested/validated.
