Looking for SDIO + eMMC example (STM32F401)

I'm looking for an example with SDIO + eMMC (and not SD). Is there something like that ?

I know that there are threads about it, but I have not found a solution.

Does someone get eMMC working? Read/Write?

Could you please share your code or help to point me in the right direction?

Yes, definitely have eMMC working on F4 platforms. Working demos building with HAL on Keil, supporting DMA. Board tailored example will run you $500 USD
