Keil MDK v6 Essential https://www.keil.arm.com/keil-mdk/
Looks pretty cool. ARM v6 compiler (with runtime library?), GNU toolchain, MDK middlewares (is USB included?), RTX, FreeRTOS with IoT libraries. Commercial usage and support.
