Is ST still making the STM32H7 series parts? Every time I look for availability the lead times keep going out further and further. Those parts that had short lead times suddenly changed to more than a year out with no explanation.

Everyone ran to that side of the ship...

The fab is capacity bound, as more orders are placed, the availability pushes out. Demand for any part is high.

Moral here is to order the parts you want to receive, otherwise someone else will get them.

That's kinda funny answer...

So it is questioned if the "STM32H7 series parts" are still "made", and a support case is needed for that?

Everyone knows that demand is much higher than availability, so a better answer would be:

"Hell yeah, we see that the market needs more H7, so let's crank up production volume!"
