It seems as though everything is going through the users and not ST. Is anyone from ST responsible for answering the unanswered questions? Or is there a different site for *real* ST support?

If you are a real customer, with real actual volume then there are other support channels. Have Apple volume, I'm sure you'd get help staffing your project, if you're a Maker, then not so much. ST, and various staff members participate and lurk here, and the other sub-forums, but it's primarily a user forum. If you need active support, there are also a number of consultants and contractors available.
