A recent post said BSDL files for STM32F microcontrollers are on the web (for JTAG Boundary Scan).
I'm looking for the files for STM32F407ZG (144 pin) and STM32F407IG (176 pin). Also any recommendations for associated tools please? #boundary-scan-bsdl- Mark as New

Yeah, I've seen those. I also tried to modify one of the stm32F1 bsdl-files in that zip-file. But there is a mismatch, the pins doesn't line up as they should. And I don't really know where to get the information I need to modify/make my own bsdl file. I haven't found it in the ref-manual or any appnote for the F4 parts.
It would be awesome if the microexplorer software (for pin config) could spit out correct bsdl-files, maybe even with custom naming...- Mark as New

If you are doing a commercial design you presumably have an ST rep and FAE contact locally, you should push your request in there. I will push this to moderation again.

Hi Gentlemen,
Here they are ( See attached) they will be on web during this month.=======================
How to use BSDL Files : =======================The STM32F4xx MCUs integrate two serially connected JTAG TAPs, the boundary scan
TAP (IR is 5-bit wide) and the CortexMx TAP (IR is 4-bit wide). In order to run boundary scan, always provide two BSDL files to your JTAG Boundary scan tool:
the ''CortexMx.bsd'' and your selected ''STM32xx_device_Package.bsd''.For more details on the internal TAPs description refer to the Reference Manual
of the selected STM32xxxx device , Section : JTAG TAP connection. Cheers, STOne- ________________ Attachments : STM32F405_415_407_417.zip : https://st--c.eu10.content.force.com/sfc/dist/version/download/?oid=00Db0000000YtG6&ids=0680X000006I0kW&d=%2Fa%2F0X0000000bdk%2FRqC7qSWXDmxGgZtLjlOyeRvNttzpF3ywkIvuH66_MRU&asPdf=false- Mark as New
