It's possible connect the exposed pad to Vss in a VFQFPN36 STM32F103T8U? What happen if I do it?
In the datasheet STM say about UFQFPN48 "It is recommended to connect it to VSS", but say nothing about about the VFQFPN36 package

This is clearly missing from the datasheet. I guess, the exposed pin on VFQFPN36 will behave like on UFQFPN48, but some feedback from ST would clear up things.

if you could check the ePad with a multimeter to the ground pin on the processor...
either way, connected or not...
Yes , you can connect the ePad to Gnd.
provisos:
IMHO
not an ST employee
please check it works, before you make many units...

Hello,
Sorry for the delay to answer your request.
I confirm that it is recommended to connect the exposed pad of VFQFPN36 STM32F103T8U to VSS.
A note will be added to the relevant datasheet to bring more precision (wait for next revision of the document to add it).

Thank you Amel!!!. I have 300 boards with the exposed pad connected to Vss, and I was fear to go into production.
