Greetings People,
Is it necessary to connect VDDA in STM32F030R8 ? I am not using ADC in my application. Any suggestions would be of great help.

The power on reset uses it, as does the PLL, check power supplies section of Reference Manual (RM0360). If designing a board you really should review the Data Sheet and Reference Manual.

connect Vdda to Vdd.
and Vssa to Vss.
