Hi,

Does anyone used IS42SM16800G with STM32F427/37 or have any experience on this configuration?

No, but at cursory glance it looks like it might work.

Plug in the timing and row/column parameters into the FMC configuration (ie adapt 429 DISCO board settings).Review the schematics for the EVAL and DISCO series boards using SDRAM

As above but don't forget the refresh timing value.
