I have a Nucleo L053R8 card. I want to run a different card using the top part of this (section CN4) but I cannot provide 3.3 voltage via vdd_target. So I tried to use the 3.3 pin in the JP1 section, but my code cannot be transferred to my other card,

The ST-LINK here will be powered via USB, there aren't any buffers, so you don't need VTarget, only a common ground.

There is no usb port on my card that I want to run, so I want to transfer the power from the swd part of the L053R8 card to my other card.
and the L053R8 board only has the top part so I can't use the 3.3 v on the cn6 at the bottom
