Is there like a general rule or guide to find these specific RMs and ANs? Or is more like find it and save it for future use?

Hello @KlemenDS
You can always find all documents (RMs, ANs, DSs,...) under the Tab Document of the Product. For example, STM32G0B1CB here: STM32G0B1CB - Mainstream Arm Cortex-M0+ 32-bit MCU, up to 128KB Flash, 144KB RAM, 6x USART, timers, ADC, DAC, comm. I/Fs, 1.7-3.6V - STMicroelectronics
Best Regards.
