I'm looking for advice on connecting 25 PDM microphones to an STM32H7. This seems possible from the RM, taking advantage of 4x SAI peripherals, each supporting up to 8 mics. However, when checking avail User Manual pins on several H7 variants, they seem unable: Only has Data 1, 2, 3 lines (no data 4, which is listed in the RM), and these only exist on SAI 1 and 4; not on SAI 2 and 3. Does anyone know of any variants that have this? Any other approaches?
It seems that using this approach, you can only connect 12 mics.
I've checked on 743, 745, 735, and 753. Cube appears to confirm that D4 (for mics 7 and 8), and PDM capability for SAI 2 and 3 is missing on the variants I've checked. Thank you
