I've been trying to setup the DMA on UART Receive on both the STM32H7 and F7 nucleo boards however I can't seem to get it to work. I can get the DMA on transmit to work fine but whenever i send anything to the board, either by hard wiring UART2 TX to UART6 RX or by sending data from my computer to UART6 RX, the uart receive just doesn't do anything. I'm using the same code that i have previously used on my STM32F4 Disco board which works fine.
I have used STMCubeMX to setup the boards before coding and currently just trying to send data from UART2 TX to UART6 RX.
Any help would be appreciated.
