HOW CAN I USE SDMMC? I WANT TO READ HTML FILES FROM SD CARD? IM USING STM32F767 MCU. IM WORKING ON HTTPD SERVER AND MY HTML CSS FILES 300MB.

Step one here would be for you to get your SDMMC / FATFS implementation built and tested.
Look at the examples in the F7 EVAL / Application directories from CubeF7
