What do you mean by "conflicts"? What are the symptoms?

I started hrtim1 to run correctly ( i saw it on a oscilloscope) Next i try to run tim3. Tim3 started correctly, but hrtim1 stopped. In my system i need to use hrtimer 1 and timer3
