flash loader demostrator does not work with STM32F401CBU6

I've a problem to connect Flash loader demonstrator to STM32F401CBU6. With any other device which I've used it's working without any problems. If I try to connect to STM32F401CBU6, I can connect, but at the stage of FLD where I've to select the memory size it halts there for a while and it shows me only STM8 devices. I've tried another 3 new STM32F401 and the result is always the same. When I try bootloader via terminal and send 0x7F, I get correct 0x79. I've also tried a different baud rates from 9600 to 115200, but always the result is the same.

is a bit stale at this point, I seem to remember being promised an update. I built my own flash loaders for production.
