Exporting flash files from atollic

Is it possible to export flash files from atollic TrueStudio using a separate tool rather than the stock ''flash converter - not included with the lite version'' ?

And has also, apparently, been crippled to make it impossible to use printf !! They do seem to have gone out of their way to make this as unusable as possible...?
