Hello @Andrzej Dębski​ ,
Try erasing the flash using STM32Cubeporgrammer, and make sure to activate the gdb server log in the "Debugger" tab of your debug configuration, this may helped you.

Perhaps screen shot the debugger settings you have in the tool currently. It will help to understand the "not working"
What board or STM32 is involved here?
How is it connected?
Is the ST-LINK connected directly? And not via a hub or docking station.
Hard you tried better cables?
Does STM32 Cube Programmer work/connect properly?
Understand its very hard to debug this stuff with no information or context.
Explain the situation better and more completely.

[SPA] En nuestro caso la falla se solucionó recargando el proyecto con otro nombre. Cambiamos el cable y el cable no era el problema. El proyecto anteriormente trabajaba sin problemas, pero luego de rearmar el circuito y volver a cargar el codigo en el programa presento la falla. Esa fue la solución en nuestro caso usando la tarjeta STM32F411RE con CubeIDE 1.10.1
