I asked ST for the Altium libraries but they haven't provided them either.

This is a strange behavior as most IC manufacturer supply this info.

This is a big minus for their marketting. It makes using their components harder to use than the competition's.

If your, ''attention to detail'' was on par w/post here - don't know that too many would respond positively...
