Can ST Link support two differrent ports for two board simultaneously?

I am planning to debug using two separate boards talking to each other.  I am using Keil uVision.  Is it possible to have Keil debugging two separate boards on the same PC?

Depends

Might depend on version of Keil, drivers, DLL and specific pods.

One of the stand-alone ST-LINK I have doesn't provide a serial#

For U-LINK you can pick individual debug pods via the the debugger settings pane, and this allow specific instances of Keil to talk to specific pods/boards
