Can any of the expert share an example of ADC configured in Sequencer not fully configurable mode please?Its hard to find the solution .As the project had predefined prototype I need to sort it out with the configuaration and mandatory to use PA12 (adc_in_15)and PA11(adc_in15).Please

You're missing this line in your initializations:
sConfig.Rank = ADC_RANK_CHANNEL_NUMBER;
Take a look at the ADC_CHSELR register after configuring to ensure it only has a single bit set corresponding to the channel you want.
You must calibrate the ADC before using it, if you care about the results being accurate.

Does the code that CubeMX generates here not work for this case? What in particular are you having trouble with?
It's generally a lot easier (for contributors) to post your code and debug that than for someone to create an entire example that might solve your problem.
> PA12 (adc_in_15)and PA11(adc_in15)
Is this a typo? Surely both pins aren't channel 15 input.

hi,Yes its a typo sorry about that ch15 and ch 16

.I have tried with all possible ways also by dma method for all i am getting same values read by all channels.

sorry to be a pain but still having issues. I couldn't able to read multiple channel in Sequencer not fully configurable mode.so I asked for an example
