What is the best practice to setup unknown escooter motor (800W) parameters to fit STSPIN32G4? Without load motor works perfect. But under load, when I try the torque mode, the motor is too weak on the beginning.

I think about the fact that the FOC algorithm cannot correctly start the rotation of the motor under a heavy load and this requires trapezoidal control at the first moment. I would be just as interested to know ST's answer.
