Hello, could someone please advise me what is the correct order of the UART pins on the steval esc001v1.

Do you have the board? Is there an ident marked on it?
It looks like there might be but, in the photo, it's obscured by the capacitor:
Failing that, look at the Gerbers and/or CAD files: see which pin is GND - you can get the rest from that

Thank you for quick answer, however I need to know if the pin no.1 is closest to the capacitor or the oposite one.

Thank you, that small ident marks pin no 1? Good, this is solved. However the main problem remains, that I cannot connect to the motor profiler....

I'm not promising that - I'm saying the photo is unclear, and you need to look closer at an actual board, and verify for yourself.
Failing that, look at the Gerbers and/or CAD files...
