ST motor control SDK - FEMA (Failure mode effects analysis) document

We are working on a project that uses ST motor control library. As part of our project requirements we have to do a FEMA for the software. Does anyone know if there is a FEMA document for ST motor control library?

FMEA document is a quality process that is very company dependent.

Morover, the risks analysis seems to me difficult to share in general.

As example, in our company it is not down through either a document or a PC tool but with a intranet web tool, that technically cannot be shared at all.
