Unfortunately, I do not have much info as to what causes this. I am using the FOC library with a 3-phase BLDC and encoder as speed feedback. Sometimes when I send a ramp command, the motor flies to ~5000 RPM regardless of the target speed I set. It is very infrequent. It can be fixed by cycling power it seems. Anyone run into similar issue?
