Interrupts occur twice when using ADC injected channel conversion mode.

Hi team.

I'm using ADC injected channel conversion with PWM for BLDC motor control.
I would like to change from the HAL library to the LL library to speed up the code, but if I don't use the HAL library, interrupts will occur twice.

The 3 channels of ADC1 are AD converted by the TIM1 Output Compare (OC4REF) trigger event.
The settings for TIM1 and ADC1 are as shown in the code below.

The code below will cause one interrupt and it's OK.

It seems that if not use the HAL_ADC_IRQHandler() function, two interrupts will occur
How can I generate an interrupt when AD conversion for 3 channels is completed when using LL-library?
