EVSPIN32F06Q1S1 when running Motor Pilot getting a Over Current faliture

SimpleStep
Associate II

Hi,

I have downloaded the firmware into the board and when I hit the start button on Motor Pilot, the motor starts up and runs perfectly with the correct slope, but it seems the motor goes past my set speed and then errors with a Over Current status.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

regards,
Charles

For Error description and management, refer to documentation available through "Workbench tool">About>Documentations>Documentation>"User manual" tab, "(FOC) Firmware errors" link.

Hi GMA,

I am not using FOC but 6 step with hall sensors and a LIN engineering motor. Sorry for not putting that into the original post.
