Why was the FreeRTOS_LowPower application example removed from the 1.3 package?

STM32Cube_FW_L5_V1.2.0 has it. Removed from my repository on STM32Cube_FW_L5_V1.3.0. My customer discovered what appears to be a bug, and wondering if reason for removal. Should I (as the Avnet FAE) direct customer away from this example?

No, you can't use this application, as the FreeRTOS 10.2.1 does not support LowPower mode for the CM33.

The Tickless IDLE is only supported in the 10.3.1 release
