Have you checked for examples in CubeMX and/or the STM32CubeN6 firmware package ?

How to write your question to maximize your chances to find a solution

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

There is one Example NX_WEB_SERVER for the Board it uses the DHCP, but I need the Static IP Configuration, and I tried but I am Unable to bring up and open the TCP Socket, so I have Mentioned Need of guidance in order to configure the static IP and TCP Transactions

It would have been helpful to have explained that in the original post - rather than just leaving it blank, and giving us nothing to go on. We are not mind readers.

The better the information you provide, the more likely you are to get useful replies.

So this: STM32N6570-DK NX_Web_server example: Where to place .nx_data ?

And this: Break at address "0x18003a1a" with no debug information available

ok thanks I will modify the Questionnaire

It's best not to modify a question after it's already had replies - that tends to make the existing replies no longer make sense!

Add further detail in a reply.
