Is there any manual in the ST page of the differents example projects of one board?

STM32CubeProjectsList.html provided in the STM32Cube Package lists all project supported per board.

Then for each example you have an associated readme.txt file explaining purpose and how to.

Is that match your request ?

Github won't serve it as html, so you have to download it as raw, and then open locally.
