your error message is strange. It seems to show you are not using local drive.
I've never heard about this JOIN.
Do you have a specific setup ?

The Workspace and all related content ist on a local drive.
Path is quite simple:
C:\Azure-RTOS-WS\workspace

OK thank you for your feedback.
I still have no idea what is going on.
Could you try
1) Start from scratch with new workspace (you can just erase this one which is fine for location) and do each step again.
2) If issue is still there, try to change in the debugger configuration (Run/Debug configuration) in tab Debugger, the debug probe from ST-Link (ST-Link GDB server) to ST_link (Open OCD).
Also, try using another USB cable. I don't think this is the issue but just in case...
