Where do I get the Nucleo debugging drivers? STLink/V2?

I presume they are supposed to be downloadable here http://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/products/embedded-software/development-tool-software/stsw-link009.html

But there is no link for them. I've tried several browsers and logged in also.

The website has been in various states of broken in recent weeks/months, the links look to be missing today
