There is a 4-pin connector for ST-Link, but not populated. What debug tool can be used with ST-Link-V3E connector (micro USB)?

The ST-LINK Utility has been deprecated in lieu of the STM32 Cube Programmer application, that is ST-LINK/V3 and multi-core aware.

Hasn't SW4STM32 been deprecated at this point?
