I need to download the STM32F4DISCOVERY board firmware package for the MATLAB toolbox, but it's not available for download on the official website.

But MathWorks doesn't provide download packages, the download link on the MathWorks website redirects to the ST official website.

As I recollect support for the STM32's was integrated into MatLab at some point. MIL? (Micro-processor In the Loop)
There was like one guy at ST that supported the original effort. You'd do better checking in the MatLab orientated forums, than here.
Up vote any posts that you find helpful, it shows what's working..
