If you generate the CAD output using STM32CubeMX (or download it from the ST website), the pins are completely different than the datasheet.
For example, in the datasheet, for the VFBGA178 (STM32N657I0), OSC32_IN (aka PC14) is shown as pin B1 whereas the UltraLibrarian & STM32CubeMX outputs it as B12. Virtually all the pins are similarly shuffled.
I'm *assuming* the datasheet is correct? If so, I suggest either fixing the UltraLibrarian/STM32CubeMX generated footprint, or deleting the link until it's corrected. Someone is bound to make a board completely incorrectly unless they cross check.
In the meantime, my day will now be consumed with hand entering all the pins from the datasheet, which kind of sucks. :)

Hello @FA1234 and welcome to the ST Community.
I’ve been able to see this on the concerned link and I Will work to update it according to the datasheet. Sorry for this and i Will try to implement the correction ASAP.
Best Regards.
