STM32 STLINK Utility has stopped working. I'm sending the setting. What could be the reason?

Hello @Andrzej Dębski
Check connection, USB cables, or maybe you have misplaced jumpers.
Try Connect under reset.
Check if you have problem with reset circuit and check pull BOOT0 low/high.
You can check if you have the same issue with other boards.
Please keep me informed about your progress on this issue.
Thanks

The cable is good because I checked on the STM32F3DISCO (it has the same USB).
I am working with FLASH. It happened when the USB cable was disconnected / connected.
Could it be physical damage to the interface? How to check?
Is it possible to program the STM32F746G-DISCO via other USB?

Hi Imen!
As I wrote, it seems to me that the chip is damaged. I won't do this anymore unless you have a good idea.
But I remembered that we were contacting about FLASH programming. Based on what to write quickly and efficiently. However, I had laptop crashes (it was old enough) and lost everything. I have to rewrite. I cannot view this correspondence on the current PC. Can you help?

I will try to replace U14 and T3. I will write what it gave.

I replaced U14 and T3 from the system where the PC-STM communication was. No change.
You wrote "check pull BOOT0 low / high" how to do it?
