Downloaded the subject driver and installed it per the instructions in the readme.txt (ran the batch file as admin)
"Device Driver Installation Wizard" dialog reports that the drivers (Qty 3) were successfully installed and ready to use.
In Windows "Device Manger" > "Other devices" the only entry is a pre-existing one "Bluetooth Peripheral Device"
What do I need to do to get the driver to show up in Device Manager?
Connected the board to the Windows computer using a USB to USB micro cable.
The ST-LINK LED flashes on/off about once per second.

Nothing changes when STM32L475 is connected to the PC via USB. Still nothing in Device Manager.

It is the "B-L475E-IOT01A Discovery kit". ST-LINK is over USB. The board (kit) is connected to a Windows 11 PC via USB cable. The issue is with the drivers.

So use CN7 (NOT CN9 !) , connect with a working USB data cable (no charging cable!) to your PC...
then ...ding-dong ..-> get connected to St-link.

It is connected to CN7 (ST-LINK). It is connected with a working USB data cable.
This is a software problem not a hardware interconnection problem.

If you sure about this - ok. So its a Windows problem, drivers, rights...whatever.
Did you install CubeIDE and CubeProgrammer ? (This installs the needed drivers...! )

If you did:
What shows device manager, after connect st-link ?
or Win message...unknown device/not working device ?
