I am planning to use STM32H573 in place of STM32F427. Both the ICs looks pin to pin compatible. Whether this requires any hardware changes?

In this case, Application Note AN4660 is certainly helpful, although it looks at the reverse case.

Thank you for your quick response.

The application note is about migrating to STM32F7 microcontroller. But, we are planning to use STM32 H series microcontroller. Whether ST have any similar app note for H series?

Oops, I missed the H and only noticed the 7.

There is no migration guide from F4 to H7, but with AN4936 at least for F7 to H7. It's two-step, but maybe it helps anyway?
