I am new to ST family. Need urgent help.

I have Bluepill board of STM32
Pre-condition:
-GREEN LED on board is blinking continuously after power ON
RED LED is on continuously
-BOOT 1 and BOOT 2 are in 0 position
I used above datasheet of ST Link V2 and tried to connect with MCU board but not working for both SW and JTAG.
After connecting ST Link V2 to LAPTOP it gets detected and RED LED of ST LINK is ON continuously. I have updated the firmware of ST LINK using STM32 ST-LINK Utility STM32.
I am using Keil uVision5 for programming and STM32CubeMX for initial code generatation.
I did connection of SW and JTAG as per ST LINK datasheet (attached).
I have attached the images for your reference.
