The company I'm working for is a research center. We're now developing some labels for products and we need to include NFC functionallity. We've come up to the ST25TA02KB and similar products, and we've seen that there is a tiny option for those ICs, but in a "wafer" case. I would like to have some more info about this, as we would need to integrate that IC with our flex-printed antenna. In particular, I would need to know how are the ICs ordered (distributors like Mouser, Digikey...?), if they have the same functionallity as the ones with UFDFPN5 (we just want to use the internal memory of the IC, no interrupt needed), and I would like to know if there is any Application Note about the integration of these wafer ICs.
