M24LR04E-R time to ready from power-up?

Hi all,

I'm looking for an indication of worst-case time-to-ready: i.e. from power-up - assume external VCC, not induced power - to fully commandable from I2C. I've searched the datasheet (DocID022208 rev 8) from end to end, and probably missed the obvious, but can't find the number I'm after.

What did I miss? Anyone got a figure for it?

Thanks in advance,

Jon

Hi Jon,

During power-up, and after PORVCC (#1.5V), a delay of wakeup from the regulator (#40us) is necessary.

Have a nice day,

Best regards,

Thanks!

Possibly a good thing to include in the next rev. of the datasheet.
