Sudarshan,if you are interested in the reader IC ST25RU3993 then I would recommend to use the ST25RU3993-EVAL reader kit. Information is available on the ST.com website.
The ST25RU3993-EVAL reader can operate from 840 MHz up to 960 MHz.
The ST25RU3993-EVAL reader is using UART to communicate to the host PC.
The reader IC itself is using SPI to communicate to the MCU.
There is nowhere I2C in use.
