Hello Jeanpierre, probably the issue is due to an huge amount of data involved in that specific simulation. If the step size is small (~0.1us or less) and/or the parameter "write data every" is low, simulation lasting seconds requires a lot of memory. In this case is often enough to wait that simulation is completed.
