SPV1040 IC Burns

@TDK , @Peter BENSCH  we are facing SPV1040 IC failure (burns) in the field, after around 3 months of installation, attached schematic and our solar Panel speciation Voc:4.55V, Vm:3.85V, ISC:1026mA, Im:950mA.
Battery spec - 9000mAh, 4.2V Lithium ion.

Yes, correct we want to archive high charging current.

MPPT VALUE:

We are rechecked with MPPT setting volts around 2.25volts R20, R28 both are 1k 5%.

LOAD Resistor:

Ok we will recheck the SPV1040 its delivery 974mA or not. The test results will update soon.

we are tested the output power of SPV1040 is not delivery the 972mA.As well as the solar current slowly increasing output voltage as reducing. We are settled MPPT value 2.25V please find the attachment for reference.
