I want to know about the compatibility check between the gate driver ic VNQ860SPTR-E and microcontroller PIC32MZ1024EFH144-I/PL
Can I use this gate driver for my above mentioned microcontroller.

So powerful Microchip should no problem.
For detail check-compatibility, do you want use two GPIO for one gate driver pin like datasheet noticed?
If this no problem, one input GPIO detect overtemperature interrupt.
If you one use one GPIO for one gate driver pin, change between in and out, you can't set interrupt, this may cause problem for overtemperature response time.
The Microchip voltage is 2.1-3.6V, if you can keep >3.3V, no problem, if this voltage drop <3.25V, the overtemperature signal will keep coming.

I missed one point, if Microchip voltage <3.3V, it can't keep gate drive work.

Voh of microcontroller is mentioned as 3V that's why you are telling, this will not work?
Can u tell me any equivalent part of gate driver with same package?

VNQ860SPTR-Evis not a gate driver, but a quad channel high-side driver.
What do you actually really need?

VNQ860SPTR-E Vin minimum request is 3.25v for "H", if Microchip use 3.3V VDD, the output best case is 3.2V (output pin inside doesn't direct connect to VDD, it minimum drop is 0.1V for my experience, should be more).
Concerned voltage -/+ 5% , even worse.
Do you think my explain clear?
You may need answer Peter question, what's your need.
Then we may suggestion something for you.

VN750PSTR-E can I use this?

Same problem, this chip Vih requested >3.25V, your Microchip output sometime doesn't meet this request.
Are you looking analog switch?
If you give more detail request, we may answer more easy.

You can add two MOSFET for one channel, increase Microchip output >3.3V, then you can use both.

I think you may be able to get the gate driver from the above microcontroller.
