Hello,
I am looking for a "power multiplexer", basically 2 or 3 MOSFETs as ORing diodes on one chip.
TI has something like that (TPS2121), and although ST has a lot of power switches, MOSFETs etc in their portfolio, I don't find anything like that. (And TI has annoyed me to a large extent over the last 3 years...)
I'm working on a device with 3 power sources, from 4.5V to 15V DC with up to 2A which need to be switched.
There are space and power restraints, so multiple MOSFETs and schottky diodes are no option.
Any ideas?

There are a few power switches with built-in reverse current protection (STMPS2xxx) for applications like this, but they do not fit in your case. Both their voltage range (2.7-5.5V) and the maximum current (max 1A) do not meet your requirements.
I am extremely sorry that STMicroelectronics cannot help you in this specific case.
Does it answer your question?
Regards
/Peter

Thanks for the reply.
It's not that I'm too lazy to use the product selector, but some features sound like they are almost what I'm looking for - same with the other semiconductor companies...
