Thank you for your question. 1) The difference between L9369 and L9370 is whether it's VDA 3.0 compliant or not. 2) The gate driver block is the same for the L9369 and L9370. 3) Need to check if L9370 datasheet is available on the open market. Please contact ST sales to request it.
