There are several kinds of IPM, but it seems all 3 phase output.
Is there any IPM can do single phase motor control and how much is maximum output?

Three-phase control is considerably more powerful than single-phase control, and the demand is also considerably higher. With single-phase control, on the other hand, there are different motor types, so there cannot be a universal single-phase IPM. However, you could consider full bridges, e.g. PWD5F60 or PWD13F60.

Thanks for your reply.
Both fully bridges are for small current (1A, 2A) load control, it can be for small motor control.
If I use STM32 MCU output pin directly connect to the PWD5F60 (or PWD13F60) input pin, should I use normal STM32 debugger for R&D development? because the IGBT output is high voltage which rectified from 240Vac.

What do you mean by IGBT, as both modules already contain a full bridge with MOSFETs?
The controlling STM32 is connected directly to the inputs of the devices, with the high side of the full bridge operating via internal level shifters. The base of the bridge is routed to GND either via a single shunt or two separate shunts so that the STM32 can measure the motor currents via the matching electronics and regulate them accordingly.
As the bridge is connected to the mains, you should use an insulating debugger like an ST-LINK/V2-ISOL or the B-STLINK-ISOL (adapter board for STLINK-V3SET).
